Welcome to AudioWWW. These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through our website. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue the use of our Website.

AudioWWW specializes in the sale of pre-owned, open-box, demo, and selected new high-fidelity audio equipment.
3. Definitions

4. Eligibility to Purchase
To place an order, you must:

be at least 18 years old, and

have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
By placing an order, you confirm that all billing, delivery, and contact information provided is accurate and complete.
5. Account Registration
Orders may be placed as a guest or via a registered account.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
We may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
6. Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to describe products accurately, including:

high-resolution photographs
For pre-owned or demo products, minor cosmetic signs of use are normal and not considered defects.
If specific features or accessories are essential, please contact us before purchasing.
7. Placing an Order
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase under these Terms.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
Reasons for refusal include (but are not limited to):

high-risk or suspicious transactions

shipping restrictions to your location
Your order is accepted only when you receive our Order Confirmation Email.
8. Contract Formation & Order Verification
A legally binding contract is formed once the Order Confirmation Email is issued.
We reserve the right to request additional verification (ID, proof of address, proof of payment ownership) especially for:

high-value orders

international orders
-
mismatched billing details
Failure to provide requested information may result in cancellation and full refund.
9. Pricing, VAT & Invoicing
All prices are shown in Euros (€).
Most products are sold under the EU Margin Scheme for Second-Hand Goods, meaning:

VAT is applied only on our profit margin

VAT may not appear as a separate line on the invoice
If full VAT is applicable on a specific item, it will be clearly stated on:

the invoice
Price changes do not affect already confirmed orders.
10. Pricing Errors
In case of obvious typographical or pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
A full refund will be issued immediately.
11. Accepted Payment Methods
11.1 Bank Transfer
Bank transfers are accepted to our official company account.
Orders are processed once full payment is received.
Any bank charges must be covered by the sender.
11.2 Credit & Debit Cards

We never store or access your full card details.

12. Fraud Prevention

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method.
13. Shipping & Delivery
13.1 Shipping Coverage

All shipments must include full transport insurance.
13.2 Shipping Costs

Orders over €4,000 → Free insured shipping

Orders under €4,000 → shipping cost shown at checkout
If courier liability insurance is insufficient to cover the full value,
AudioWWW pays the difference.
13.3 Dispatch & Delivery Times

Dispatch within 1–2 business days after receiving payment

Estimated delivery times:

Spain: 2–5 business days

EU: 4–7 business days

Tracking information will be provided.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
14. Inspection on Delivery
Upon receiving the package, you must check for visible damage.
If damage exists:

Inform the courier before signing

Take photos of packaging and product
-
Notify us within 48 hours
Failure to report courier damage promptly may limit insurance eligibility.
15. Title & Risk
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.
Ownership transfers only after full payment is received and cleared.
16. EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
EU consumers may cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

shipped with full transport insurance
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
17. Condition of Pre-Owned Products
All pre-owned, open-box, and demo units are individually inspected, tested, and described accurately.
Minor cosmetic signs of prior use are normal and not considered defects.
Images shown are representative unless otherwise stated.
18. 12-Month AudioWWW Guarantee
18.1 What Is Covered
Functional defects not caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, or normal wear.
18.2 What Is Not Covered

Cosmetic wear, scratches, marks
-
Damage due to misuse or unauthorized repair
-
Consumables (cables, connectors, remote batteries)
18.3 Manufacturer Warranty
If the product still carries manufacturer warranty, that coverage applies first.
We assist customers in all manufacturer claims.
18.4 Claim Procedure
To submit a claim, contact us with:

description of issue
-
photos / videos
After approval, the unit must be returned to our service center in Málaga.
Repairs are free for covered defects; if repair is not possible, we may replace or refund the product.
19. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

business interruption
-
data loss
-
consequential or indirect damages
-
incompatibility with customer systems
Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the product.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
20. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation issues, or regulations.
21. International Customers
We ship worldwide.
All sales are governed by Spanish law.
Local customs duties, import taxes, or regulatory requirements are the buyer’s responsibility.
22. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
Disputes will be handled by the courts of Málaga, Spain, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
