✅ RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At AudioWWW, we want every customer to enjoy a safe, transparent, and worry-free shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and obligations when requesting a return, refund, or replacement for items purchased through our website.

This policy applies to all customers worldwide.
For EU consumers, it includes all rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

🔁 1. Right to Cancel – 14+14 Days (EU Compliant)

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to:

  • Cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the product

  • After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item

You do not need to provide a reason for cancellation.

This right applies unless the product falls under one of the exemptions listed below.

📦 2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return and full refund, the product must:

  • Be in its original condition, without signs of use

  • Be undamaged and fully functional

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components

  • Be packaged securely for safe transport

  • Include proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

For high-value Hi-Fi equipment, professional packaging and full-value transport insurance are required.

⚠️ Important for pre-owned items:

Minor cosmetic marks already described in the listing do not affect eligibility for return.

🚚 3. Return Shipping & Insurance

All returned items must be shipped using:

  • A tracked courier service

  • Full transport insurance equal to the product value

Customer responsibility:

  • Return shipping cost is paid by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • For orders over €4,000, AudioWWW covers the return shipping costs.

If a product is returned without proper packaging and arrives damaged, we may apply a partial refund based on its condition.

🏠 4. How to Start a Return

To begin the return process:

Step 1 — Contact Us

Within 14 days of receiving your order, contact us via our website or email:

Include your order number and the items you wish to return.

Step 2 — Receive Return Authorization

We will provide the return instructions and the correct warehouse address.

Step 3 — Ship the Item

Ship the product using insured and trackable delivery.
Keep the shipping receipt until the return is completed.

💳 5. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise

  • You will receive:
    ✔ Full refund if the item is in original condition
    ✔ Partial refund if:

    • item shows signs of use,

    • packaging or accessories are missing,

    • item arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging

Shipping fees are refunded only if:

  • the product was defective, or

  • you received the wrong item.

Depending on your bank/processor, refunded funds may take extra days to appear.

❗ 6. Exemptions (Items Not Eligible for Return)

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Custom-ordered, personalized, or modified products

  • Products altered after delivery (e.g., opened internal components)

  • Items missing original packaging or essential accessories

  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer

⚠️ 7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Provide photos/videos of the issue

  • We will arrange return shipping at no cost to you

You may choose:

✔ A replacement (if available)
✔ A full refund

Return and re-delivery shipping for defective/incorrect items is covered entirely by AudioWWW.
