This Shipping Policy explains how and where we ship our products, expected delivery times, shipping costs, insurance requirements, and your responsibilities upon delivery.

🌍 1. Shipping Destinations

AudioWWW ships worldwide, including:

  • Spain

  • All European Union countries

  • Most international destinations (Worldwide)

For countries outside the EU, we provide tailored premium shipping solutions to ensure safe, fully insured transport.
International customers will receive a personalized shipping quote based on location, item value, and package size.

💸 2. Free Shipping Over €4,000

We offer free fully insured shipping on all orders over €4,000.

For orders below €4,000:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Pricing depends on destination, weight, and dimensions

All shipments are sent fully insured, regardless of order value.

🤝 3. Trusted Delivery Partners

To ensure safe delivery of high-value audio equipment, we partner exclusively with leading couriers such as:

  • DHL

  • FedEx

These carriers specialize in handling fragile, heavy, and premium audio equipment.

🛡️ 4. Packaging & Insurance

Every order shipped by AudioWWW includes:

✔ Professional protective packaging
✔ Full transport insurance covering 100% of the product value
✔ Tracking information upon dispatch

Important:
We strongly recommend keeping the original product packaging, as it is required for:

  • Returns

  • Warranty claims

  • Servicing or repairs

  • Protection during transport

⏱️ 5. Order Processing Time

After your order is confirmed and payment is received:

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days

  • High-season periods may extend processing by 1–2 days

If additional preparation time is required (e.g., specialized packaging for heavy amplifiers), we will notify you.

📍 6. Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch)

Estimated transit times once the courier receives the package:

  • Spain: 2–5 business days

  • European Union: 4–7 business days

  • Worldwide: varies depending on country
    (an exact estimate is provided during quotation)

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier operational delays

🌍 7. International Orders & Customs Duties

For all destinations outside the European Union:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees

  • Handling fees

are the responsibility of the customer.

AudioWWW will provide all required customs documentation and assist where possible, but final import fees vary by country.

📦 8. Delivery Restrictions

We cannot deliver to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO/Military addresses

  • Locations where insured delivery is not available

A physical address and recipient signature are required for insured parcels.

📦 9. Customer Responsibilities Upon Delivery

To comply with insurance requirements:

Upon receiving the shipment, the customer must:

  1. Inspect the external packaging immediately

  2. If visible damage exists:

    • Inform the courier before signing

    • Note the damage on the courier's delivery record

  3. Photograph the package and any visible damage

  4. Notify us within 48 hours at:
    office@audiowww.com

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may reduce or void insurance coverage.

❗ 10. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your shipment is delayed or missing:

  • Contact us and we will initiate an investigation with the courier

  • Tracking will be monitored until resolution

If the courier confirms a package as lost, you will receive:

  • A replacement unit (if available), or

  • A full refund

All refunds for lost shipments are processed only once the courier officially confirms the loss.

↩️ 11. Returns & Return Shipping

All returns (including cancellations under EU law and warranty returns) must be sent:

  • Using transport insurance covering 100% of the product value

  • In the original packaging or equivalent professional packaging

This requirement protects both the consumer and AudioWWW from transit damage.
