1. How can I place an order?

Placing an order is simple:

  1. Add your desired product(s) to the cart

  2. Complete the checkout form

  3. Choose your preferred payment method

  4. Confirm your order

You will receive an Order Confirmation email once the order is successfully placed.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We offer secure payment options for customers worldwide:

✔ Bank Transfer (IBAN)

Recommended for high-value equipment.
Orders are processed once full payment is received.

✔ Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro)

Card payments are processed securely through:

  • Wise (TransferWise)

  • OFX

  • Xoom (by PayPal)

All transactions are encrypted and compliant with European PCI-DSS security standards.
AudioWWW does not store or access your card information.

3. What if I am not home at the time of delivery?

If you are unavailable, the courier will:

  • Attempt a second delivery

  • Or leave a notice with instructions for collection or rescheduling

You may also track your package using the tracking link provided.

4. What are the shipping costs?

  • Free insured shipping on orders over €4,000

  • Orders under €4,000: shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and package size

All shipments include full transport insurance.

5. Which courier services do you use?

We use premium international couriers:

  • DHL

  • FedEx

Couriers are selected based on your location and the value/size of the equipment.
A tracking number is provided after dispatch.

6. How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking link.
You can monitor your shipment in real time via the courier’s website.

7. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will process the change or cancellation immediately.

If the item has already shipped, the standard return process applies.

8. How can I return a product?

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
To return a product:

  • It must be in original condition and packaging

  • It must include all accessories and components

  • It must be shipped with full-value transport insurance

  • Contact us within 14 days to receive return instructions

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

9. How do refunds work?

Refunds are processed within 14 days after:

  • The returned item is received

  • The item is inspected and confirmed as eligible

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Partial refunds may apply if items show signs of use or missing components.

  • We will arrange return shipping at no cost
