  • Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or was sent in error.

  • Proof of Return: Please retain proof of return, such as the tracking number, to ensure that the product is returned safely.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Partial Refunds: If the product is returned in a condition that does not comply with the return conditions (e.g., damaged, used, or missing parts), we may issue a partial refund.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Exemptions

The following items are exempt from the right to cancel and return:

  • Sealed items that have been opened (e.g., hygiene products, cosmetics, etc.)

  • Perishable goods, such as food or flowers

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

  • Defective Products: If the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement.

  • Incorrect Products: If we sent you the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you the correct item or issue a full refund.

7. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that you used for your original purchase. You should receive the refund within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned product. However, depending on your payment provider, it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear in your account.
