At AudioWWW, we aim to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for all our customers. Below, you'll find important information regarding our shipping process, including delivery times, costs, and policies.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within Spain and across the European Union. For international shipments outside of the EU, please contact us for more information on availability and shipping fees.

2. Shipping Methods

We use reliable and trusted couriers to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time. Depending on your location, your order will be shipped via one of the following carriers:

  • DHL

  • FedEx

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over €4000.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under €4000, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the order.

4. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the moment your payment is confirmed. Please note that during peak shopping periods, such as holidays or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

The estimated delivery times depend on your location and the courier used:

  • Spain: 2-5 business days

  • EU Countries: 4-7 business days

These delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your order online through the courier’s website (DHL or FedEx).

7. Shipment Delays

While we strive to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, some delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • Customs clearance (for international shipments)

If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with the courier to resolve the issue.

8. Delivery to P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We recommend providing a physical delivery address to avoid any issues.

9. Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failure to collect from a courier service point, or refusal to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to us. You will be notified, and we will arrange for reshipment at an additional cost.

10. Customs and Import Duties (for EU deliveries)

For orders within the European Union, no customs duties are applied. However, if you are ordering from outside the EU, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the courier upon arrival of the goods.

11. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your package is damaged during shipping or if items are missing, please contact us immediately at [your email address] within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order in full.
