We accept payment via bank transfer or credit card. By completing your purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping for orders over €4000. For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and we use DHL or FedEx to ship orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
6. Returns and Refunds
In accordance with EU regulations, you have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. The products must be in their original condition and packaging. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order. We will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
